Find Party Bus Rentals in Waltham
Lowellpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, and not an operator. It exists to do one thing: make finding group transportation in Waltham and the surrounding region genuinely fast and easy.
Here's how it works. You fill out a short form with your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off — and the site pulls pricing from a large network of bus companies serving the Greater Boston area, so you can compare vehicles and rates in one place instead of calling company after company and waiting on callbacks. No account required.
No obligation. Pricing comes back in under a minute online, or you can call 351-221-7830 any time, any day, and talk through your options with a real person. Whether you need a 15-passenger party bus for a bachelorette night or a full 56-passenger charter bus for a corporate move between Waltham and the Seaport, you get options that fit your group — not whatever one company happens to have available.
That's the whole idea. Not limited to one fleet. Not locked into one price.
Just easy comparison, fast pricing, and the right bus for your trip.

Compare Amenities on Your Waltham Bus
Waltham party bus rentals through this network come in a wide range of configurations. Party buses in the 15–50 passenger range typically include perimeter seating, LED lighting, Bluetooth sound systems, and flat-panel TVs — built for celebration groups who want the energy going from the first pickup. Minibuses lean practical: climate control, reclining seats, overhead storage, and room for luggage without the nightclub setup.
Charter buses bring the long-haul package — onboard restrooms, undercarriage bays for equipment and bags, WiFi, and power outlets, which matters a lot when your group is heading to Gillette Stadium or making a run to a conference at the Seaport. Because the vehicles come from different companies across the network, amenities vary by vehicle. The quick form or a call to 351-221-7830 is the fastest way to see exactly what's available for your date.

The Easy Way to Compare Waltham Party Bus Rentals
The traditional way to find a charter bus is brutal: Google a few companies, call during business hours, describe your trip three times to three different people, wait on quotes that arrive in different formats two days later, and then try to compare them. That's the process this site exists to replace.
Lowellpartybuscompany.com pulls options from a large network of bus companies serving Waltham and Greater Boston, puts them in one place, and gives you pricing fast — online in under 30 seconds, or over the phone at 351-221-7830 any time of day, any day of the year. Because the site isn't tied to a single fleet, you're never stuck with whatever one company has left. More options means a better fit for your group size, your budget, and your specific route — whether that's a round-trip to TD Garden, a wedding shuttle loop between Waltham and a Newton venue, or a full-day corporate run up to the Merrimack Valley.
No account. No obligation. No hard sell.
You get pricing, you compare, you decide. That's it.
Group Transportation Services for Waltham Events
Waltham groups book buses for everything from Bruins playoff runs to bachelorette nights in the Seaport, corporate shuttles along the Route 128 corridor, prom pickups across Middlesex County, and wedding day transportation between venues in Newton and Watertown. Whatever brings your group together, there's a vehicle in the network built for it. Explore the full range of group transportation services or call 351-221-7830 to talk through what fits your trip.

Waltham Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is about 12 miles from Waltham — straightforward on paper, a genuine headache when you're moving a group. The Ted Williams Tunnel backs up during morning and evening peaks, and Logan's cell phone lot at the Central Parking Garage fills fast during high-travel weekends. Coordinating a dozen people across multiple terminals on rideshare is exactly as chaotic as it sounds.
A charter bus or minibus from Waltham to Logan changes that math entirely: one pickup, one drop-off, bags loaded under the bus, and the group arrives together at the right terminal. The Waltham airport shuttle options available through this site cover everything from small groups in a Sprinter van to full 56-passenger charter buses for large corporate travel groups. For incoming flights, plan for your group to stage outside baggage claim once everyone has luggage in hand — Logan's commercial vehicle pickup lanes are terminal-specific, so confirming your terminal before arrival saves time.
Call 351-221-7830 to build your airport transfer plan.

Waltham Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Waltham bachelorette night almost always ends up in Boston — the Seaport, the Fenway bar strip, or a dinner reservation in the South End — and the 12-mile drive in becomes a real problem at midnight when rideshare surge pricing triples and half the group can't agree on how to split four separate Ubers home.
A Waltham bachelorette party bus in the 20–30 passenger range keeps the whole group on one vehicle from the first pickup, hits every stop on the itinerary without anyone scrambling to find parking at each venue, and gets everyone home to Waltham in one piece when the night wraps. Party buses in that size range on weekends run roughly $275–$425/hour — often a better per-person number than the combined cost of surge-priced rideshares each way. A quote for your date comes back in under a minute at 351-221-7830.

Waltham Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the cleanest ways to make a milestone birthday feel like an event before the event even starts. For Sweet 16s and quinceañeras in the Waltham area, venues like Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg and event halls throughout Middlesex County often sit far enough from the guest hotel block that coordinating arrivals becomes a genuine headache for parents — a Waltham birthday party bus rental closes that gap cleanly.
For adult milestone birthdays heading into Boston for a dinner reservation or a night out in the Seaport, a 20–28 passenger party bus covers groups that have outgrown the "everyone drives separately" plan but haven't crossed into full charter bus territory. Weekday-hourly rates in that size range start around $250–$350. Fill out the form or call 351-221-7830 to check what's available for your date.

Waltham Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the region's major concert venues are 30–45 minutes from Waltham depending on traffic — and on show nights, traffic is always the variable that ruins the plan. The Xfinity Center in Mansfield, about 40 miles south, draws stadium-level crowds to a venue where Route 140 becomes a parking lot after the show. TD Garden in Boston drops you right into the North Station crush with no nearby parking that isn't $40 minimum.
Fenway Park summer concerts pack Kenmore Square and Brookline Avenue well before doors.
A Waltham concert bus rental puts the group on one vehicle, takes the highway stress off the table, and drops everyone at the venue entrance instead of a satellite lot with a 20-minute walk. After the show, the bus is staged and ready — no rideshare surge, no waiting in a phone-lot queue. Call 351-221-7830 to check availability for your show date.

Waltham Corporate Event Transportation
Waltham is one of the densest corporate corridors in Massachusetts — the Route 128 stretch between I-95 and Waltham Center is home to major biotech campuses, defense contractors, and financial services firms, and moving employees between buildings, hotels, and event spaces during conferences is a recurring logistics problem that rideshare doesn't solve cleanly.
A minibus or charter bus shuttle loop between Waltham hotels and campus event buildings keeps headcount controlled and arrival times predictable. For groups heading into Boston — the Seaport District, the Hynes Convention Center, or the Back Bay — a Waltham corporate charter bus avoids the I-90 westbound backup that reliably stacks from the Allston interchange on weekday afternoons. Sprinter vans handle executive transfers between Waltham and Logan with room for luggage and gear.
Call 351-221-7830 to build a shuttle plan around your event schedule.

Waltham Private Event Transportation Services
Corporate retreats, family reunions, church outings, and large milestone celebrations all share the same problem: moving a big group between multiple locations in a metro area where parking is expensive and rideshare reliability drops off after 11pm.
A private event charter bus or party bus from Waltham handles the full day cleanly — pickup at a hotel or residential block, transit to the venue, staged wait during the event, and a coordinated return without anyone stuck hunting for a cab outside a closed-down venue. For multi-stop itineraries covering Waltham, Watertown, Newton, and into Boston, a minibus running a well-planned route keeps the timeline tight in a way that four separate rideshares simply can't. Call 351-221-7830 to talk through your event's specific logistics and get pricing matched to your headcount.

Waltham Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Middlesex County runs April through May, and demand across the bus network spikes hard during that 6–8 week window. Waltham High School, Watertown High, Newton North, and a dozen other schools in the area all hold proms within the same tight stretch — which means the same pool of party buses is being pulled from by hundreds of groups at once. For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and higher pricing by spring.
A prom party bus from Waltham covers the full evening — house pickups, dinner, the venue, and drop-offs after — without anyone's parent driving a minivan at midnight. Party buses in the 15–25 passenger range fit most Waltham prom groups. Pricing for a 6-hour prom rental locks in much more favorably in winter than the week before the event.
Call 351-221-7830 as soon as your prom date is confirmed.

Waltham School Event & Field Trip Transportation
School groups traveling from Waltham have real options within an hour — the Museum of Science (1 Science Park, Boston, MA 02114), the New England Aquarium (1 Central Wharf, Boston, MA 02110), and the USS Constitution Museum (Building 22, Charlestown Navy Yard, Boston, MA 02129) are all within 45 minutes and serve K–12 groups regularly. Day-of logistics at these venues require advance coordination: the Museum of Science uses a dedicated bus drop-off and pickup lane on the Charles River Dam Road side, with no on-site bus parking available during peak hours.
A Waltham school field trip bus keeps students together from campus to destination and back, with overhead storage for backpacks and lunches so nothing gets left behind. Charter buses with onboard restrooms cut down pit stops on longer runs. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — note that when requesting your quote.
Call 351-221-7830 to set up school group transportation.

Waltham Sporting Event Transportation
Waltham fans have three major sporting venues within reach — Fenway Park, TD Garden, and Gillette Stadium — and each one has its own parking nightmare worth knowing before game day. Fenway's lot situation is essentially nonexistent; street parking in Kenmore and Brookline fills hours before first pitch, and the garages on Boylston are $40–$55 on game days. TD Garden shares North Station with commuter rail, which means the block between Causeway Street and Canal Street becomes a full stop after a Bruins playoff game.
Gillette Stadium in Foxborough is 40 miles south on Route 1, where post-game traffic can add 90 minutes to the drive home if you leave with the crowd.
A Waltham sporting event charter bus drops your group at stadium entrances and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged staging area — no parking costs, no post-game scatter. Read the full guides for Fenway, TD Garden, and Gillette Stadium before your event. Call 351-221-7830 for game-day group pricing.

Waltham Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Waltham and the surrounding Middlesex County area are home to a strong collection of wedding venues — Stonehurst (the Robert Treat Paine Estate), the Westin Waltham-Boston, and Newton's Maison Villatte are all popular — and the logistical challenge is almost always the same: guests staying at different hotel blocks in Waltham and Watertown need to get to a ceremony venue and back without relying on rideshare at midnight.
A Waltham wedding shuttle bus covers the full day cleanly. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo or 20-passenger party bus works well for bridal party transportation on the wedding morning. A minibus running shuttle loops between the hotel block and the reception venue handles guest transportation without anyone waiting 40 minutes for a surge-priced rideshare after the last dance.
Weekend minibus rates run roughly $200–$275/hour — a flat, predictable number that holds regardless of how late the reception runs. Call 351-221-7830 to get wedding shuttle pricing for your date.

Waltham Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Nashoba Valley and MetroWest wine corridor is closer to Waltham than most locals realize. Nashoba Valley Winery (100 Wattaquadock Hill Rd, Bolton, MA 01740) is about 25 miles northwest and combines a working winery with a distillery and orchard-view tasting room that draws group tours regularly. Westport Rivers Winery (417 Hixbridge Rd, Westport, MA 02790) is a longer run south but is one of the most established estate wineries in New England for groups wanting a full-day itinerary.
Closer in, Waltham's own pub circuit — including spots along Moody Street — is walkable enough for a bar crawl but spread out enough that having a bus stage nearby between stops keeps the night from fragmenting into competing rideshare groups. A Waltham winery tour bus in the 15–25 passenger range covers both scenarios well. Call 351-221-7830 to get pricing for your specific itinerary.

Frequently Asked Questions About Waltham Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Lowellpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.

How much does a party bus cost in Waltham?
Party bus rental prices in Waltham vary by vehicle size, date, and hours needed. As a planning reference: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs about $275–$375/hour on weekends.
A full-size 40–56 passenger charter bus runs $200–$350/hour with per-day rates between roughly $1,350 and $2,850. These are planning ranges, not quotes — a quote for your specific date comes back in under a minute when you call 351-221-7830 or use the online form. See the Waltham party bus prices page for more detail.
Does the Waltham bus network cover trips into Boston?
Yes. The vast majority of Waltham bus rentals involve at least one leg into Boston — TD Garden, Fenway, the Seaport, Logan Airport — and providers in the network route these runs regularly. Whether you need a round-trip to a Bruins game or a full-day shuttle between a Waltham corporate campus and a Seaport conference hotel, the same quote process applies.
Just include your Boston destination when filling out the form and you'll get options built for that route.
Can I book a bus for a one-way trip from Waltham to Logan Airport?
Absolutely. One-way airport transfers are one of the most common booking types through this network. A Sprinter van or minibus from Waltham to Logan International runs about 12 miles via I-90 East, and the trip takes 20–35 minutes outside of peak congestion windows.
Morning rush (7–9am) and Friday afternoon traffic on the Mass Pike can push that to 45–60 minutes, so build extra buffer into your departure plan. Call 351-221-7830 to get one-way airport transfer pricing for your group size and date.
What's the best vehicle for a Waltham corporate shuttle along Route 128?
For a shuttle loop between office buildings or between a corporate campus and a hotel block, a 15–35 passenger minibus is typically the right fit. Minibuses are easier to stage and maneuver in dense suburban office park environments than full charter buses, and they run $200–$275/hour on weekdays — practical for multi-stop shuttle circuits that repeat across a conference day. For larger corporate groups moving in a single wave, a 40–56 passenger charter bus covers everyone in one run.
Call 351-221-7830 to match the vehicle to your headcount and route.
When does prom bus demand peak in the Waltham area, and how early should I book?
Prom season in Middlesex County runs from late April through the third week of May, with Waltham High, Watertown, Newton North, Newton South, and Belmont all holding proms within the same tight window. That concentrates demand on a very limited number of party buses across the network. Booking in January or February typically locks in the best pricing and the widest vehicle selection.
Groups that wait until March or April regularly find their preferred vehicle size already gone or priced significantly higher. Book by January for prom — do not wait.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Waltham events — birthday nights, sporting events, corporate shuttles — two to four weeks of lead time is workable outside of peak periods. For weddings, booking four to six months out is strongly advisable; popular June and October Saturday dates fill quickly across the network. For prom, book by January.
For events tied to major Boston sports (playoff runs, championship weekends) or festivals, availability can thin out within days of tickets going on sale. The earlier you call 351-221-7830, the more options you'll have at the better end of the pricing range.
Popular Waltham Party Bus Destinations
Waltham sits at the center of a region with serious things to do — historic venues, major sports arenas, nature destinations, and an arts scene that stretches from Moody Street to the Museum of Science. Here's what first-time group planners need to know about getting to the most popular destinations by bus.

Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell
Tsongas Center (300 Arcand Drive, Lowell, MA 01852) seats just over 6,000 and hosts UMass Lowell River Hawks hockey, concerts, and minor league hockey. It's about 22 miles north of Waltham via I-95 North to the Lowell Connector — a manageable run, but downtown Lowell's one-way street grid makes unfamiliar visitors work for their parking spots. Lot availability near the arena is limited on sold-out nights, and the walk from remote lots is longer than the arena's size suggests.
A charter bus drops the group at the Arcand Drive entrance and stages nearby without the downtown street navigation. Call 351-221-7830 for event-night pricing from Waltham.

TD Garden
TD Garden (100 Legends Way, Boston, MA 02114) hosts Celtics and Bruins games plus major touring concerts at 19,600-seat capacity. The arena sits directly above North Station, which sounds convenient until you realize that Causeway Street from Staniford to Beverly Street becomes a full gridlock corridor after a playoff game. Nearby parking garages run $35–$50 on event nights, and the commuter rail home to Waltham stops at Waltham Station about a mile from most residential areas.
A charter bus from Waltham drops the group curbside on Causeway Street and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged staging point post-game — far easier than watching surge pricing climb on your phone while standing in a crowd. Book early for playoff runs; availability thins fast when the Bruins or Celtics go deep.

Fenway Park
Fenway Park (4 Jersey Street, Boston, MA 02215) is 11 miles from Waltham via the Mass Pike East, and the parking situation around Kenmore Square is genuinely grim on game and concert nights — garages on Boylston Street run $40–$55, street meters evaporate by noon, and the walk from the closest available public lot in Allston adds 15–20 minutes each way. A party bus or charter bus from Waltham drops the group at the Jersey Street plaza entrance, which is steps from Gate B and the bleacher entrances, and stages on Ipswich Street or a nearby block during the game. Post-game, the pickup is already arranged while everyone else is queuing for rideshare on Brookline Avenue.
Call 351-221-7830 for Red Sox game-day or summer concert pricing.

Gillette Stadium
Gillette Stadium (1 Patriot Place, Foxborough, MA 02035) is 37 miles south of Waltham via I-95 South and Route 1 — a route that becomes one of the worst post-game corridors in New England when 65,000 fans try to exit Route 1 at once. The stadium's charter bus and motor coach parking is located in designated lots coordinated per event, and vehicle access routes on Route 1 are managed based on the event type. Groups that drive themselves typically sit in parking lot traffic for 45–90 minutes after the final whistle.
A charter bus from Waltham stages in the designated commercial lot and uses event-designated exit routes, getting the group moving well before the standard vehicle queue clears. Check the official Gillette Stadium parking page before your visit for current lot assignments and access rules.

Nashoba Valley Winery
Nashoba Valley Winery (100 Wattaquadock Hill Rd, Bolton, MA 01740) is about 25 miles northwest of Waltham via Route 117 — a winding, mostly rural approach through Stow and Bolton that gives the trip a country-day feel even though you're barely 30 minutes from the Route 128 corridor. The winery produces fruit wines, table wines, and spirits and includes a full-service orchard restaurant, J's at Nashoba Brook, that seats groups for lunch and dinner with advance reservations. The parking lot accommodates buses, but the road approach on Wattaquadock Hill is narrow and hilly — confirm vehicle clearance for larger coaches when booking.
A Waltham winery tour party bus in the 15–25 passenger range is the natural fit. Call 351-221-7830 to price out a Bolton wine country run.

LeLacheur Park
LeLacheur Park (450 Aiken Street, Lowell, MA 01850) is the home of the Lowell Spinners, the Red Sox High-A affiliate, and one of the better minor league ballpark experiences in New England. It sits right on the Merrimack River in downtown Lowell, about 22 miles north of Waltham. Parking around LeLacheur is manageable compared to Fenway, but the adjacent streets fill up for sellout games and fireworks nights, and the walk from remote lots along Aiken Street adds time after evening games.
A minibus from Waltham gets the group to the Aiken Street entrance cleanly, and because LeLacheur games are affordable and relaxed, this is a great option for company outings and birthday group nights that don't need a full charter bus footprint. Fireworks nights book up early — call 351-221-7830 well in advance.
