Lawrence Party Bus & Charter Bus Rentals
Lawrence sits at the junction of I-495 and Route 28, just 30 miles north of Boston — and moving a group through Essex County without a bus means splitting into cars, hunting for parking on Broadway, and hoping everyone arrives at the same time. Lowellpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare party buses, minibuses, and charter buses serving Lawrence and get a free quote in under 60 seconds. Call 351-221-7830 or use the online form now.
Find the Right Party Bus Rental in Lawrence in Seconds
Lowellpartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It doesn't own a single vehicle, employ a single person to drive one, or hold any operating authority. It's a quote-comparison website — you fill out one form or call 351-221-7830, and within seconds you can compare different buses, vehicle types, and pricing from transportation providers serving the Lawrence area.
No account required. No obligation. No callbacks to chase.
The whole point is this: instead of searching for bus companies one by one, calling each during business hours, explaining your trip over and over, and waiting for quotes that never quite line up — you do it once, right here, and see options side by side. You're never limited to one fleet. Providers serving Lawrence, the Merrimack Valley, and Greater Boston are all represented, so whether you need a 20-passenger party bus for a birthday crawl along Essex Street or a 56-seat charter bus for a corporate move, the options are right in front of you.
Call 351-221-7830 any time — available every day of the year.

Explore the Lawrence Party Bus Amenities
Not every Lawrence group trip calls for the same vehicle. A quinceañera group heading to a reception hall on South Union Street wants a party bus with LED lighting, a premium sound system, and flat-panel TVs. A corporate team shuttling between offices in the Riverwalk complex and a conference in downtown Boston wants reclining seats, climate control, and onboard WiFi.
A wedding guest shuttle between the Crowne Plaza in Natick and a Merrimack Valley venue wants undercarriage luggage storage and a clean interior — not a dance floor.
Amenities vary by bus and provider, but the comparison tool surfaces them side by side so you're not guessing. Call 351-221-7830 or use the online form and filter by what your group actually needs.

Wraparound Leather Seats

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. Lawrence Party Bus Rates Built for Your Budget
Party bus rental prices in the Lawrence area move with vehicle size, day of the week, and how long you need the bus. As a planning range: a 15–35 passenger minibus typically runs $200–$275/hour on weekdays and $200–$275/hour on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$350/hour on weekdays and $275–$375/hour on weekends. A full 40–56 passenger charter bus generally falls in the $200–$350/hour range either way, or $1,350–$2,850 for a full day.

Compare Lawrence Party Buses Without the Phone Tag
There's no shortage of reasons to use a comparison site over calling bus companies cold. For starters, you don't have to track down which providers actually serve Lawrence — the I-495 corridor pulls from fleets based in Lowell, Lawrence, Haverhill, and Greater Boston, and sorting through that yourself takes hours you don't have. Lowellpartybuscompany.com does that work for you: one form, one call, and you see what's available for your specific date and group size.
Plus, you're comparing real options — different bus types, different amenity packages, different price points — without anyone pushing you toward one vehicle. If a 20-passenger party bus is the right fit, great. If your group grew to 45 and you actually need a charter bus, that shows up too.
The form doesn't care what you book, it just shows you what's out there.
And you can do this any time. Not just during business hours on a Tuesday. Call 351-221-7830 at 11pm on a Saturday to ask about a party bus for next weekend — someone will answer.
No account, no commitment, no guesswork. That's the whole idea.
Lawrence Party Bus & Group Transportation Services
Lowellpartybuscompany.com helps Lawrence groups find transportation for every kind of trip — airport runs, concerts, corporate shuttles, weddings, prom nights, field trips, sporting events, and everything in between. Here's a closer look at how a bus handles each one.

Lawrence Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Lawrence sits about 28 miles north of Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) via I-93 South — on a normal weekday, that's 40 to 50 minutes. Add a Patriots or Red Sox game day, a summer Friday afternoon, or any holiday weekend, and I-93 through the Zakim can push that past 90 minutes with no warning. For a group catching an early flight, splitting into rideshares is a gamble on timing that tends to go badly.
A minibus or charter bus picks everyone up from a single Lawrence address, loads luggage into undercarriage bays, and runs straight to Logan's departure terminals — no cell phone lot logistics, no coordinating five rideshare ETAs at 5am. For arriving groups, have your coordinator call once everyone has bags at the curb, and the bus moves to the arrivals pickup lane at the correct terminal. Read more at the Merrimack Valley airport transportation page, and check the Logan airport shuttle guide for current terminal drop-off details.
Call 351-221-7830 to set up your Lawrence airport run.

Lawrence Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Lawrence bachelorette night built on pub-crawling Essex Street, hitting spots in downtown Lowell, and finishing at a Boston bar is a great itinerary — until someone has to drive. A Merrimack Valley bachelorette party bus rental keeps the group together and on schedule from the first stop in Lawrence to the last call in Cambridge or Faneuil Hall, with nobody splitting off in a separate rideshare and no argument about who's staying sober.
For the group, a 20- to 30-passenger party bus brings LED lighting, a sound system with Bluetooth, and wraparound seating that makes the ride itself part of the night. Sprinter limos are a great fit for tighter groups of 10–14 who want premium leather and privacy windows without a full party bus footprint. Lawrence to South Boston and back, fully handled.
Call 351-221-7830 for a quick price on your date.

Lawrence Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Lawrence has one of the largest Latino communities in Massachusetts, and quinceañera celebrations here are a serious event — multi-venue itineraries, large extended families, and reception halls that often fill to 150 guests or more. Coordinating that kind of group across multiple pickup addresses on a Saturday night without a bus creates the exact chaos that turns a celebration into a logistics headache.
A 40- or 50-passenger party bus gives the whole group one ride — from home addresses to the church, then to the reception hall — with color-changing LED lighting and a sound system that keeps the energy up between stops. For milestone birthdays heading to a Boston dinner or a rooftop bar in Lowell's Hamilton Canal District, a Sprinter limo seats up to 14 in style at $225–$350/hour on weekends. Check the birthday party bus page or call 351-221-7830 now.

Lawrence Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The two biggest concert destinations for Lawrence groups are TD Garden in Boston and the Xfinity Center in Mansfield — and both involve the exact kind of post-show parking chaos that turns a great night into a frustrating one. TD Garden (100 Legends Way, Boston, MA 02114) sits above North Station, and after a sold-out show, the streets around Causeway Street lock up fast. The TD Garden bus rental guide walks through drop-off and pickup logistics.
Xfinity Center in Mansfield is a 45-minute drive south on I-495 and I-95, and exiting Route 140 after a show backs up for miles — a charter bus parks in the designated commercial lot and holds while the general traffic clears, then rolls when your group is ready.
For Lawrence groups, a concert party bus rental from the Merrimack Valley means the night starts on the bus, not in traffic. Call 351-221-7830 to check availability for your show date.

Lawrence Corporate Event Transportation
Lawrence has seen real commercial investment along the Riverwalk corridor and in the Canal District — and as more companies hold events at Greater Lowell and Lawrence facilities, the question of how to move 30 or 60 employees between an office, a venue, and a hotel without a car-per-person scramble comes up constantly. A minibus handles the mid-size executive shuttle cleanly: reclining seats, climate control, and WiFi so the team can decompress or prep on the ride between stops.
For larger corporate conferences pulling attendance from across the Merrimack Valley — particularly anything tied to the Lawrence Innovation District or events at Andover's hotel corridor on Route 28 — a 56-passenger charter bus with undercarriage storage keeps the whole group on one schedule. Nobody waits for a rideshare that's running 12 minutes behind. Explore corporate event bus rentals in the area or call 351-221-7830 to talk through a custom shuttle plan.

Lawrence Private Event Transportation Services
Lawrence's biggest recurring public event is the Lowell Folk Festival — held annually in late July just 4 miles south in downtown Lowell, it draws more than 150,000 attendees over a three-day weekend and makes parking anywhere near the Merrimack River essentially impossible. For Lawrence groups heading down to Lowell for the festival, a charter bus or minibus drops everyone at the festival perimeter and eliminates the post-show parking scramble entirely. The Lowell Folk Festival bus guide covers the logistics in detail.
Beyond the Folk Festival, private Lawrence bus rentals cover family reunions, church retreats, casino runs to Encore Boston Harbor in Everett (about 35 miles south on I-93), and group day trips to Salisbury Beach or Rockport. A charter bus for a 50-person family reunion is a fundamentally different day than eight separate cars meeting at a rest stop on Route 1. Call 351-221-7830 and describe what you're planning — a quick conversation is usually all it takes to figure out the right vehicle.

Lawrence Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Lawrence High School, Central Catholic, and other Essex County schools hold their proms between late April and late May — and every one of them draws on the same limited pool of available party buses across the Merrimack Valley. That six-week window is the single busiest stretch of the year for bus availability in this region. For prom: book by January or expect to find the vehicle you wanted is already gone.
A 20- to 28-passenger party bus is the most common fit for prom groups — big enough to carry the whole group, small enough to navigate neighborhood streets for individual pickups. Waiting until spring to price this out almost always means paying more and having fewer options. Explore the prom and homecoming bus rental page and call 351-221-7830 to lock in your date before the inventory goes.

Lawrence School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips out of Lawrence tend to go one of two directions: south toward Boston's museum corridor (the Museum of Science, the New England Aquarium, the Freedom Trail) or north toward New Hampshire's nature and science destinations. Both routes hit real traffic pressure points — the I-93 approach into Boston and the I-495/Route 28 interchange in Lawrence itself — that a yellow school bus navigates slowly and a charter bus handles more efficiently, with overhead storage for backpacks, TV screens for the ride, and onboard restrooms for longer hauls.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; mention it when you request your quote. The school event bus rental page covers the full range of trip types, from single-day field trips to multi-day academic travel. Call 351-221-7830 to get a quote built around your school's schedule and student count.

Lawrence Sporting Event Transportation
Lawrence is positioned almost exactly between Fenway Park and Gillette Stadium — 30 miles to each — and getting a group of fans to either venue without a bus means paying $40–$60 to park, walking a half mile in from the lot, and watching the post-game rideshare queue build up while the crowd files out. A charter bus for a Red Sox game drops your group on Jersey Street steps from Gate D and picks everyone up at the same spot when the final out happens. The Fenway Park bus guide covers the commercial drop-off logistics.
For Patriots games at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, a 56-passenger charter bus uses the designated bus and RV lots on Route 1 and avoids the post-game Route 1 southbound backup because your group loads and rolls when you're ready — not when the general lot clears. The Gillette Stadium charter bus guide has the specifics. Explore the full sporting event bus rental page or call 351-221-7830.

Lawrence Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Lawrence and its surrounding towns — Andover, North Andover, Methuen — have a strong wedding corridor, with reception venues ranging from the Andover Country Club to Bradford's restored mill spaces along the Merrimack. The logistical problem is almost always the same: hotel blocks land in one town, the ceremony is in another, and the reception is in a third. Guests who drove to the ceremony now need to get to the reception and back to their hotel, and rideshares in the 495 suburbs can run 20+ minutes on a Saturday night.
A wedding shuttle minibus on a continuous loop between the hotel block, ceremony venue, and reception hall removes that uncertainty entirely. Nobody misses the cocktail hour because they couldn't find a rideshare. The wedding transportation page covers shuttle planning in detail.
Call 351-221-7830 — the earlier you lock in wedding transportation, the better the availability and the more predictable the price.

Lawrence Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Merrimack Valley doesn't have a wine trail of its own, but New Hampshire's southern wine and brewery circuit is less than 30 minutes north of Lawrence on I-93 and I-89. Flag Hill Winery in Lee, NH and LaBelle Winery in Amherst, NH are both popular destinations for Lawrence-area group tours — Flag Hill sits on 100 acres with a full tasting room and event space, while LaBelle's Amherst location seats 200+ and offers a large food menu alongside its wines.
Closer in, Lawrence's own pub scene along Essex and Common Streets pairs well with stops in downtown Lowell — a party bus that starts in Lawrence, hits Lowell's Hamilton Canal District bar row, and returns without anyone navigating the Route 28 interchange after midnight is a genuinely good evening. A Merrimack Valley winery and pub crawl bus rental keeps the group together at every stop. Call 351-221-7830 to price out your itinerary.

You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.

How much does a party bus cost in Lawrence?
As a planning range, Lawrence-area party bus rentals generally run $250–$375/hour on weekends for a mid-size party bus (25–30 passengers), and $200–$275/hour for a minibus. A full 56-passenger charter bus falls in the $200–$350/hour range. Per-day rates are also available — a minibus typically runs $1,100–$2,150 per day, while a charter bus runs $1,350–$2,850.
These are planning figures; the number shifts based on your date, vehicle, and route. Call 351-221-7830 or use the online form for a quote specific to your trip.
How far is Lawrence from Boston Logan Airport?
Lawrence is about 28 miles north of Boston Logan International Airport — roughly 40–50 minutes via I-93 South under normal conditions. Add peak-hour traffic, a game day, or a holiday weekend and that can push past 90 minutes. A charter bus or minibus picks your group up from one Lawrence address, runs straight to the correct departure terminal, and eliminates the five-rideshare coordination problem for early-morning flights.
See the area airport transportation page for more detail.
Can a party bus take my group from Lawrence to Encore Boston Harbor?
Yes. Encore Boston Harbor in Everett is about 30–35 miles south of Lawrence, primarily on I-93. It's a popular casino destination for Merrimack Valley groups, and the casino's parking garage fills fast on weekend evenings — with no real walkable alternative nearby, ridesharing back after midnight gets expensive and slow.
A charter bus or party bus drops the group at the main entrance and handles the return pickup at a set time, so nobody is hunting for a rideshare at 1am in Everett.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus for Lawrence trips?
Party buses are built for celebration — perimeter seating, LED lighting, sound systems, and a social floor plan that works for birthdays, bachelorette nights, and prom. Charter buses are built for transport — forward-facing reclining seats, luggage bays, onboard restrooms, and WiFi, making them the right call for sports travel, corporate shuttles, school trips, and multi-day excursions. Group size matters too: party buses typically top out at 50 passengers, while charter buses seat up to 56.
If you're not sure which fits, call 351-221-7830 and describe the trip — it's usually a quick answer.
What venues in Lawrence have good bus access?
The Lawrence Heritage State Park visitor area on Canal Street has street-level bus drop-off and a wide approach from Jackson Street. The Lawrence District Courthouse complex on Common Street has a commercial vehicle lane on the Hampshire Street side. For events at the Immigrant City Archives or at venues along Essex Street's bar and restaurant corridor, curbside drop-off on Essex Street is standard — the street is wide enough for a full charter bus in most blocks, and the one-way section between Amesbury and Haverhill Streets is the approach to confirm with your provider before event day.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Lawrence-area trips, 4–8 weeks of lead time gives you solid vehicle selection and normal pricing. For prom (late April–May), book by January — that six-week prom window is the tightest supply crunch in the Merrimack Valley calendar. For summer weekend trips to Salisbury Beach, Lowell Folk Festival weekends in late July, and Patriots home opener weekends, book 6–8 weeks out.
Last-minute requests within a week or two of the date are possible, but the vehicle choices narrow and pricing typically runs higher. Call 351-221-7830 to check availability for your specific date.
Popular Lawrence Party Bus Destinations
Lawrence groups head in every direction — south to Boston, north to New Hampshire, east to the North Shore, and across the Merrimack Valley to Lowell and Andover. Here are six destinations that come up regularly for group trips out of Lawrence, with the logistics that matter for bus planning.

Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell
The Tsongas Center (300 Martin Luther King Jr Way, Lowell, MA 01852) is Lawrence's closest major arena — just 4 miles south on Route 114 or I-495. It seats up to 7,800 for concerts and 6,500 for hockey, and is home to the Lowell Railers hockey club. Parking around the Tsongas Center on event nights involves a mix of garage parking off Arcand Drive and metered street spaces that fill by doors-open time.
A minibus or charter bus drops your Lawrence group at the arena entrance on Martin Luther King Jr Way and eliminates the post-show parking exit scramble. Read the Tsongas Center bus guide for drop-off specifics. Call 351-221-7830.

LeLacheur Park
LeLacheur Park (450 Aiken St, Lowell, MA 01852) is home to the UMass Lowell River Hawks baseball team and sits right on the Merrimack River — 4 miles from Lawrence. The stadium seats about 5,000 and draws strong weekend crowds, especially for fireworks nights and specialty theme games. Street parking around Aiken Street and the adjacent neighborhoods fills up for sellouts, and the walk from the nearest public lot runs 10–15 minutes.
A minibus drops your group at the main gate on Aiken Street, then stages nearby for the pickup. See the LeLacheur Park bus rental guide for parking and drop-off detail. Call 351-221-7830.

Fenway Park
Fenway Park (4 Jersey St, Boston, MA 02215) is 31 miles south of Lawrence — and on a summer Saturday afternoon, the Kenmore Square neighborhood around Fenway packs in fast. Lansdowne Street goes pedestrian-only on game days, parking in the Fenway garages runs $40–$60 and fills hours before first pitch, and the post-game Jersey Street exit puts thousands of people on the same narrow streets at the same time. A charter bus drops your Lawrence group at the commercial vehicle zone on Van Ness Street near Gate D and picks everyone up at the same spot — no parking costs, no scramble.
The Fenway bus guide covers the current drop-off procedure. Call 351-221-7830.

TD Garden
TD Garden (100 Legends Way, Boston, MA 02114) hosts Celtics games, Bruins games, and some of the biggest concert tours that come through New England. It sits directly above North Station, which is excellent for commuter rail but creates a bottleneck on Causeway Street after events — rideshare pickups on Canal Street and Nashua Street back up for 30–45 minutes on sold-out nights. For a Lawrence group driving 30 miles south to catch a game, paying $35–$50 to park in the Garden garage only to sit in that post-event exit backup is a poor trade.
A charter bus drops the group at the North Station commercial zone and returns when you're ready to roll. The TD Garden bus rental guide has the staging and pickup details. Call 351-221-7830.

Andover Country Club
The Andover Country Club (60 Canterbury St, Andover, MA 01810) is one of the premier wedding and private event venues in the Merrimack Valley — a historic property with indoor and outdoor reception spaces that regularly books 150+ guest events. It's about 5 miles from downtown Lawrence via I-495 South, but the Canterbury Street approach is a narrow residential road that handles a 40-foot charter bus with limited room for staging. For wedding shuttle runs, a minibus on a continuous loop between a Lawrence or Andover hotel block and the club entrance is the right call — it fits the approach road, keeps the schedule tight, and gets guests back to their hotels without waiting on rideshares that show 18-minute ETAs in a suburban zip code at 11pm.
Call 351-221-7830 to price a wedding shuttle circuit.

Salisbury Beach
Salisbury Beach State Reservation (Beach Rd, Salisbury, MA 01952) is about 18 miles northeast of Lawrence on Route 110 — a straight shot that turns into bumper-to-bumper on summer weekends, particularly on Route 110 through Haverhill and Amesbury. The beach has a large state reservation parking lot, but it fills to capacity by 10am on peak weekends, and overflow parking means a long walk in the heat. A charter bus or minibus from Lawrence drops the group at the Beach Road entrance without the parking lottery and returns at a set afternoon time so nobody is calling rideshares from the boardwalk at 4pm.
For a large family outing or company summer event, a 40- or 56-passenger charter bus handles the full headcount in one vehicle. Call 351-221-7830 to set up your summer group trip.
